Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  • Return the Item: Pack the item securely, preferably in its original packaging. Include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation inside the package.

Zero waste wear at MOE means zero waste cutting and use of leftover fabric, including a durable and versatile design to embrace a long life-cycle. In addition, the material is either natural mono-fiber material, which is recyclable and biodegradable, or its made of recycled material.
We source our leftover fabric from various high-end fashion brand production in Europe. The brands often provide information on which country the fabric is originally produce, but very rarerly the specific fabric production site. A majority of the fabric originates from Italy.
While both terms refer to unused fabric, they are not exactly the same. Leftover fabric typically refers to excess materials generated during the manufacturing process whereas deadstock fabric refers to fabric that was produced but not used by the original intended buyer, often stored in warehouses or factories.
Yes, we have a physical showroom located in Bjurholmsgatan 20, Stockholm, Sweden, where you can experience our zero waste fashion collections in person. Our showroom provides an opportunity to see and feel the quality of our garments while learning more about our sustainable initiatives.
