.returns
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
1. contact us: Reach out to our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order via email at order@moe.se. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.
2. return the Item: Pack the item securely, preferably in its original packaging. Include a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation inside the package.
3. ship the Item: Send your return to the following address:

4. refund process: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.

3. important information:
(a) items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a return or exchange.
(b) the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
(c) custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable.

What is “zero waste wear”?
Zero waste wear at .MOE ZWW means zero waste cutting and use of leftover fabric, including a durable and versatile design to embrace a long life-cycle. In addition, the material is either natural mono-fiber material, which is recyclable and biodegradable, or its made of recycled material.
From where do you source the leftover fabric used in your designs?
We source our leftover fabric from various high-end fashion brand production in Europe. The brands often provide information on which country the fabric is originally produce, but very rarerly the specific fabric production site. A majority of the fabric originates from Italy.
Is leftover fabric the same as deadstock?
While both terms refer to unused fabric, they are not exactly the same. Leftover fabric typically refers to excess materials generated during the manufacturing process whereas deadstock fabric refers to fabric that was produced but not used by the original intended buyer, often stored in warehouses or factories.
Do you have a showroom?

How can I be sure of the quality of your products when shopping online?

Where do you produce the clothes and accessories?
The are all professionally handcrafted in Sweden by Textilfabriken in Borås and Nevotex in Nässjö, and in Romania by Katty Fashion and Tamo Tamo lab.
Are your packaging materials eco-friendly?
Yes, we use environmentally friendly packaging materials, such as recycled cardboard and biodegradable plastics, to minimize our ecological footprint. We believe in extending our commitment to sustainability beyond our products.
